For over a decade, Evans Brothers Coffee has been fortunate to partner with & visit Miguel Menendez’s Farms in El Salvador. With decades of experience, Miguel has raised the standards of coffee in the region, earning international recognition for his family’s six farms and the Piedra Grande Mill. This family-run operation is built not only on exceptional coffee quality but also on strong community values, resulting in coffees that truly reflect care, passion, and heart.

This micro-lot features a Pacamara variety, a natural mutation discovered in El Salvador in the 1960s. Now celebrated for its extraordinary quality and flavor. This particular Pacamara yields a beautifully rounded, silky cup of coffee. Enjoy tasting notes of dark chocolate, elderberry jam, and orange, with a rich, buttery-light finish that’s reminiscent of biting into a cream puff.
