Wholesale Coffee FAQs

What are the minimum order quantities for wholesale coffee?

Wholesale rates are available for 5 lb bulk bags, with a minimum of 10lbs per month; also with 15 or more 12oz retail bags.

Can I request custom roasting profiles for my orders?

Yes! We offer custom roasting profiles to match your business needs. Please reach out to our wholesale team to discuss the best options for your desired flavor profile and roast level.

How long does it take to fulfill a wholesale order?

We roast to order weekly. Orders placed by Tuesday noon will be shipped Wednesday, picked up or delivered by Friday (depending on location).

Do you offer samples of your coffee for potential wholesale partners?

Absolutely! We understand the importance of tasting before you commit. Please contact us, and we’ll arrange samples that best represent our offerings for your evaluation.

What are the shipping options and costs for wholesale orders?

We ship USPS and UPS, depending on weight. Shipping is free with 20 or more pounds.

Do you offer delivery or pickup?

Yes we deliver weekly through most of the Inland Northwest. Free with 10 pounds or more, depending on location. We offer pickup at our CDA and Sandpoint locations.

Do you offer training?

Yes! We provide a comprehensive espresso training program for our partners. This includes a custom EB Training Manual, onsite trainings, and invitations for deeper training at our roastery. We offer assistance with menu development, bar layout, service, equipment, and more.

Do you help with equipment?

Yes, we can assist you in sourcing the proper equipment for your cafe or restaurant. We are a distributor for La Marzocco espresso machines, and Bunn Commercial brewers and grinders. We offer the best pricing available in the area, along with service plans and support. When sourcing equipment through us, we cover the installation and servicing of your equipment.
