Colombia Tolima

This coffee comes from the Asociación de Productores Egológicos de Planadas, or ASOPEP Cooperative in the town of Planadas, Tolima, Colombia. Founded in 2013, this young but successful Coop now has 168 members, making it the largest Coop in Tolima. ASOPEP has earned a strong reputation for high quality coffee in its relatively short history, all while maintaining a mission of fostering the personal growth of its members, protecting the environment, and innovating commercial business practices. They are also a part of a small number of certified Fairtrade and Organic Coops in Colombia.
