Aeropress

Recipe Measurements
COFFEE
30 grams / 2 Tbsp
WATER
150 ml / 5oz
BREW TIME
1:45 - 2:00 minutes
WATER TEMP
200 degrees
GRIND

Brewing Guide
Prepare the Filter
Place filter into filter cap & rinse. Screw the filter cap on the AeroPress. Place AeroPress on top of your mug.
Add Coffee Grounds
Pour your coffee grounds into the filter, then shake gently to even out the bed of grounds.
Begin Pouring
Pour 150ml of hot water into the AeroPress over 10 seconds. Stir back and forth for ~25 seconds.
The Plunge
Insert the plunger gently, just a little bit, to stop the dripping. At 1:30 remove the plunger and stir for 5 seconds. Replace plunger and press down until you hit the coffee bed
Finishing Touch
You should be finished between 1:45-2:00. Add up to 250ml of hot water. It’s your choice! Want it stronger? Add less! Want it less strong? Add more!
Total Brew Time
The total brew should take between 5:00 to 6:00 minutes.
