Evans Brothers Coffee was just featured in Coffee Review’s “Best Pacific Northwest Coffee Roasters” list, and we couldn’t be more excited about it.
The Pacific Northwest is stacked with incredible coffee roasters, so being recognized by Coffee Review, one of the most trusted voices in specialty coffee, feels like a huge honor. It’s the kind of recognition that makes all the early mornings, obsessive cupping sessions, and tiny roast adjustments totally worth it.
From a small Idaho town to a big coffee moment
When brothers Rick and Randy Evans started roasting coffee back in 2009 in Sandpoint, Idaho, the goal was simple: roast coffee they loved and share it with their community. What started as a passion project quickly turned into something much bigger; without ever losing that small-town, hands-on heart.
Every coffee we roast is chosen with intention, roasted with care, and meant to taste amazing in your cup. Being included in Coffee Review’s roundup is a reminder that staying true to quality, relationships, and craft really does matter.
Why this recognition is important
Coffee Review doesn’t just hand out praise. Their team evaluates coffees blind, focusing on flavor, balance, and overall experience, which makes this feature especially meaningful to us.
It’s recognition of:
- Our commitment to thoughtful sourcing and long-term producer relationships
- Our roasting team’s relentless pursuit of flavor
- And yes, our belief that coffee should be both exceptional and approachable
It also builds on recent love from Coffee Review, including high scores and praise for our Steep N Deep Brew Bags, which we created so great coffee could go anywhere with you.
To our coffee community: this one’s for you
We wouldn’t be here without the people who brew our coffee every morning, bring friends into our cafés, gift our bags, or rep Evans Brothers wherever they go. Your support is the reason we get to keep doing what we love.
So thank you for being part of our story, and for helping put a little Idaho coffee on the Pacific Northwest map.
Here’s to great coffee, shared moments, and many more cups ahead.
Cheers,
Evans Brothers Coffee
