CDAIDE serves Coeur d’Alene-area hospitality workers by meeting their immediate needs, connecting them with resources for long term self-sufficiency, and ensuring they feel valued, respected, and loved. We provide support with housing, transportation, utilities, and medical/dental needs so that hospitality workers can live and work locally.
Hospitality workers form one of the hardest working yet fragile groups in our community, often struggling with limited income, lack of insurance, season work cycles of reduced work and pay, and unexpected expenses. This is where CDAIDE steps in.
